You work with me directly

No account managers, no handoffs, no ticket queue. You talk to the person building your site.

  1. Revisions until you love it

    We start with a relaxed call about your property, your guests and what you want the site to do. No forms, no jargon. After that, feedback rounds aren’t counted: we keep going until you’re happy.

  2. Live previews, not mockups

    You get a live preview link early, not a mockup, and every change goes up there so you can open it on your phone. Send feedback whenever it suits you; I revise, and we repeat until you love it.

  3. Launch and relax

    I move your domain, connect Hospitable and Google Vacation Rentals, and keep everything running afterwards.

I’ve spent more than 15 years building consumer apps used by millions of people. I helped build Nike’s first Apple Watch app, led engineering for Nike Run Club and Nike Training Club, led browse and search for Disney+ on Apple devices, and as VP of Engineering at Pro Football Focus, led an AI-powered search product.

Now I bring that same care to small hospitality businesses. I build with Claude, Anthropic’s AI, alongside my own experience, so you get senior-level work quickly and at a fair price. I’m based in Cincinnati, Ohio, and work with hosts anywhere.

Angela and Rich wanted guests to book with them directly instead of through Airbnb and Vrbo. We built the site together, round by round, and launched it on their own domain.

  • Up to three design directions, then revisions until it’s right
  • A custom 6×9 card in your brand: your best photo, a handwritten-style thank-you from you, your photo, the offer and simple steps
  • Your discount code set up in Hospitable: amount, minimum stay, expiry and a use cap
  • A savings check comparing your direct price with Airbnb’s for the same dates, so a “book direct and save” line is backed up
  • A QR code that opens a welcome-back page on your site with the code and your booking calendar, tagged so scans show up separately

Printing is paid to the printer, about $200 for 250 cards. Without one of my websites, the kit is $300.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need Hospitable?

No, it isn’t a requirement, but it’s a good working example to start with. With Hospitable, your bookings, payments, ID checks and calendar stay where they are, and the website gives guests a beautiful place to book. If you use something else, we’ll talk through how your site fits with it.

What if I don’t like the first version?

That’s normal and expected. You’ll see a live preview link early, tell me what you think, and I’ll revise. We keep going until you love it.

How long does it take?

Most of the time is our back-and-forth. Plan on a few weeks from our first call to launch. It goes faster if you have your photos and details ready, and faster still if you bring examples of websites or designs you like.

Will moving my domain break my email?

No. Before changing anything, I map every record your email and Guest Portal rely on, and only change what the website needs. Angela’s email kept working straight through her switch.

Who owns the website?

Your domain, photos and words are yours. If you ever want to move on, I’ll help you take your site with you.

Why is this less than an agency?

I’m one person with senior engineering experience and modern tools, including Claude. No office, no account managers and no handoffs, so you pay for the work, not the overhead.

Do we need to meet in person?

No. We can talk by phone or over Zoom, whichever you prefer, and everything else happens over email and preview links, so you can be anywhere.
